End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Blazing App Studio ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the mobile application "Block Legends" ("App") available on iOS and Android platforms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any device you own or control, in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may manage or cancel subscriptions via your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices and terms are clearly stated within the App at the point of purchase.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create or share using the App. You must not use the App to share unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

5. Promotions, Contests or Sweepstakes

If the App includes contests or sweepstakes, official rules will be made available within the App. Apple and Google are not sponsors and are not involved in any way with such contests or sweepstakes.

6. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. You may not use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

7. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
